Deadline for Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, unless otherwise stated.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, including all labels and accessories.

Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, such as opened cosmetics or personal care products. In addition, this policy may not apply to personalized or custom items.

Process for Returns

To return a product, please contact our customer service at info@beastpadel.com. You will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable) to return the product.

Responsibility for Return Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return costs unless otherwise agreed due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product).

Processing of Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
